Accommodation:

The organization has special deals with a selection of hotels, offering special rates for delegates and their partners.

Attendees of the meeting will be able to book their accommodation as part of the registration process (see our Registration section). Separate arrangements will be made for invited speakers.

These offers are only available when reserving through Afid Congresos. Payment is made upon departure from the hotel. A card number is, however, required in order to guarantee and secure reservation. No charges will be made to the card at this point.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made after 2 October will be charged for one night. In case of “No show”, there will also be a charge of one night. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat AFID CONGRESOS S.L.: cw2014@afidcongresos.com.
